Process

How the process works

A simple five-step process that keeps your project moving and focused on real business outcomes — not endless rounds of revisions.

01
~1 week

Discovery

We start with a conversation about your business, your customers, and the goals you want your website to serve.

// Outcome

A shared understanding of what success looks like.

02
1–2 weeks

Strategy

I plan the site structure, messaging hierarchy, and conversion flow. Every page has a job.

// Outcome

A clear blueprint and content plan you can sign off on.

03
2–4 weeks

Build

Design and development happen together. You see real working pages, not static mockups.

// Outcome

A fast, polished, fully functional website.

04
~1 week

Launch

We migrate, test, and go live with zero downtime. Analytics and SEO basics are configured before launch.

// Outcome

A live website you're proud to share.

05
Monthly

Support

Ongoing updates, content tweaks, and performance improvements as your business grows.

// Outcome

A site that keeps getting better.

What to expect at each step

How long does the full process take?

From discovery to launch, most projects take 5 to 9 weeks. Discovery and strategy account for 2 to 3 weeks; build and launch take 3 to 6 weeks depending on scope.

How many revision rounds are included?

Two structured revision rounds are included in every project — one after the initial design direction and one before launch. Because strategy is locked in before design starts, projects rarely need more than that.

What do you need from me to get started?

A discovery call is the only thing required to start. After that, you'll need to share existing brand assets, customer insights, and respond to feedback within 2 to 3 business days to keep the project on schedule.

What happens after launch?

You get a 14-day post-launch warranty for any fixes, plus an optional monthly care plan for ongoing updates, monitoring, and improvements.
